Q: Power lamp is off?

A: Please check whether Powerline Adapter has been plugged in the supply hub.

   Inspect whether supply hub breaks down, or use other supply hubs that work normally.

Q: Whether my neighbors can use my network by stealth?

A: No. Users can set network name to encrypt the data to prevent neighbors from using the network by stealth.

Q: Will data transmission on power line with Powerline Adapter be disturbed by household appliances?

A: The use of household appliances basically has no effect on performance of Powerline Adapter, but inferior charger may have great effect on it. Try to plug Powerline Adapter in wall socket, and avoid using it near charger, power adapter, etc.

Q: Can Powerline Adapter be used separately?

A: No. At least two are needed. One is connected to ADSL Modem or LAN port of router, and the other to the computer.

Q: Is traditional Modem needed for Powerline Adapter?

A: Yes. Powerline Adapter is only for establishing LAN in the house. Internet access still needs residential broadband or traditional ADSL Modem, etc.

1)Description of warranty:

(1). Users shall properly keep the warranty card as proof of repair.

(2). Period of warranty is one year from purchase.

2)The following cases are out of the scope of free repair:

(2). Technical personnel that do not belong to the company repair, change or transform or the user replaces any component of the product.

(3). Product number is obliterated or inconsistent with the card.

(4). Damage caused by negligence/water and other matters that permeate the product.

(5). Breakdown or damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.
